Refund Policy

Ridgital LLC (“Ridgital”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides prepaid digital services through defined monthly service packages available on the website. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which payments may or may not be refunded. By placing an order or completing a payment through checkout, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all service purchases, generated invoices, and payments made through the Ridgital website. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. Service model

All services are provided as prepaid monthly service packages. Each purchase corresponds to a defined service package with a specified scope, duration, and price as displayed on the website.

Services are not subscription-based unless explicitly stated. Each month must be purchased separately.

Service delivery begins from the applicable service period as defined on the service page.

3. General refund principle

Payments made through the website are for reserved service capacity, allocated resources, and professional work planning. Therefore, not all payments are refundable once the service has been confirmed or started.

4. Cases where a refund may be granted

A full or partial refund may be granted in one or more of the following cases:

  • duplicate payment for the same order or invoice;
  • incorrect charge caused by a pricing or system error;
  • payment completed successfully but Ridgital is unable to provide the purchased service due to confirmed internal issues;
  • cancellation requested before the service period begins;
  • Ridgital cancels the service and cannot offer a reasonable alternative;
  • a refund is required under applicable law.

5. Cases where a refund will not be granted

A refund will generally not be granted in the following situations:

  • the service period has already started;
  • the service has been partially or fully delivered;
  • resources or capacity have already been allocated to the customer’s service;
  • the customer fails to provide required information, access, or cooperation necessary for service delivery;
  • the customer changes their decision after purchase;
  • bank fees, transaction fees, or currency conversion differences not caused by Ridgital;
  • the customer disputes a payment despite clear service details and pricing being shown before checkout.

6. Cancellation before service start

If a cancellation request is submitted before the service period begins, Ridgital may, depending on timing and operational considerations, offer one of the following:

  • rescheduling the service to a future period;
  • credit toward a future purchase;
  • partial refund;
  • full refund.

7. Partial refunds

If only part of a service is affected by a confirmed issue attributable to Ridgital, a partial refund may be issued for the affected portion only.

8. Refund method

Approved refunds will generally be processed using the original payment method. Ridgital may request necessary information to verify the transaction and process the refund securely.

9. How to request a refund

To request a refund, customers may contact us and provide:

  • full name;
  • account email address;
  • invoice or order number;
  • payment reference (if available);
  • reason for the request.

10. Review and processing time

Refund requests will be reviewed within a reasonable timeframe. If approved, the time required for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and banking system.

11. Chargebacks and abuse

Customers are encouraged to contact Ridgital before initiating a chargeback. Ridgital reserves the right to dispute unjustified chargebacks and to suspend accounts involved in abusive or fraudulent behavior.
